Introduction

CliCliC is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who:

  • visit the CliCliC website at cliclic.tv, including all of its current and future subdomains (the "Website");
  • use the CliCliC services (the "Platforms").

For the purpose of this Policy, we collectively refer to the Website and the Platforms as the "Services".

CliCliC is committed to respecting your privacy and that of all users of the Services. This Privacy Policy has been established to help you understand our commitment to the protection of privacy and personal data, and the measures we take to ensure such confidentiality. By browsing and/or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

CliCliC reserves the right to modify or replace its Privacy Policy at any time. The most recent version is available at cliclic.tv/privacy.html. Your use of the Services after the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers the processing of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") and other non-identifiable information collected by CliCliC when you use or access the Services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services such as Instagram or X (Twitter) that you choose to access through the Platforms ("Supported Platforms"), nor to applications developed by third parties that CliCliC does not own or control ("Third-Party Applications").

While we endeavor to provide access only to Supported Platforms and Third-Party Applications that share our commitment to privacy, we cannot be responsible for the content or privacy policies of all such platforms. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies of any Supported Platforms or Third-Party Applications you access via the Services.

Personal Information

When you enter into a contract with CliCliC, we create a set of anonymous user accounts. Each user account consists of the following information:

  • a username;
  • a password defined by CliCliC (which you may subsequently personalize);
  • a unique ID (an alphanumeric string);
  • other optional information related to the functioning of the Services.

The account information created upon subscription is transmitted to you by CliCliC. An account is not tied to any individual: you are free to share the credentials of a user account with one or more persons.

No personal information is collected. A user account is not linked to any information that would allow CliCliC to identify its user(s). IP addresses and browsing data are not stored permanently; they are deleted at the end of each session.

Systems & Device Information

CliCliC does not collect any information from your computer or mobile device, including the activities you perform on our Website and Platforms, the type of hardware and software you use (such as your operating system or browser), or any information obtained from cookies (see the "Cookies" section below).

Cookies & Related Technologies

CliCliC uses tracking technologies ("cookies") on the Website and Platforms, including mobile application identifiers and a unique CliCliC user ID to recognize you across the Services, in order to monitor usage and web traffic routing, and to personalize and improve the Services.

By visiting the Website or using the Services, you agree to the use of cookies in your browser and HTML emails. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website, in order to track usage and improve the user experience.

Session Cookies Essential

The Services use "session cookies" to improve your user experience by storing certain information from your current visit on your device, such as your login information. These session cookies are essential to access the Services.

Most desktop browsers and some mobile devices automatically accept cookies. You may configure your browser to prevent them from being stored; however, please note that blocking or deleting cookies may prevent you from taking full advantage of the Website and Platforms.

Children

Protecting children's safety when they use the Internet is of paramount importance to us. Only users who meet the minimum age requirement are permitted to access our Services. The "minimum age" may vary by country:

  • 14 years old in the United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, Australia, and South Korea;
  • 13 years old in all other countries.

If applicable law requires you to be older for CliCliC to lawfully provide you with the Services, the minimum age shall be that required by law. The Services are not designed for use by children under the age of 13.

Security

CliCliC login credentials are encrypted once validated in our system; unencrypted passwords are deleted. In addition, CliCliC relies on third-party providers and hosting partners such as Amazon to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technologies required to operate the Services. These providers have been selected for their stringent physical and technological security standards, including ISO and SSAE16 certifications.

Please be aware that the transmission of information over the Internet is never entirely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit via the Services while it is in transit, and you therefore send any such data at your own risk.

If you are a logged-in user, we recommend that you log out of your account at the end of each session and do not leave an account logged in and unattended, particularly if you are using a shared computer or device.

Your Rights

Please be aware that CliCliC acts as an intermediary between its users and the various Supported Platforms and Third-Party Applications. Any content you have shared on a Supported Platform or a Third-Party Application via the Services may remain available to third parties and the general public, as that content is now under the control of the operators of those Supported Platforms and/or Third-Party Applications.
